We have daily morning staff meetings to familiarize ourselves with the day’s schedule and what our patients' needs will be. We also have monthly staff meetings to help improve our office and we constantly strive to be the best dental office around.
Meet the Doctors
Gery P. Benza DDS
 Dr. Benza is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton and Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in Cleveland, Ohio. He practiced in Cleveland for one year before moving to Naples in 1982. Dr. Benza is proud to have served the Naples community for 24 years. During this time he has developed lasting relationships with his patients and their families.
Dr. Benza is a member of The American Dental Association, The Florida Dental Association, West Coast Dental Society, The Collier County Dental Association and The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
 Dr. Benza received the Naples Daily News People’s Choice Award for Best Dentist in 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006. He is described as knowledgeable, thorough, and reassuring.
At home he looks forward to spending time with his wife Sandra (who is a Dental Hygienist), and their children, Kristen, Tony and Sarah. Dr. Benza enjoys playing golf and stays busy with his extended family in Naples.
George V. Dumouchel DDS
 Dr. Dumouchel attended the University of Vermont with early acceptance into dental school. He is a graduate of Loyola University School of Dentistry in Chicago, Illinois.
He was Captain in the U.S. Army and served as a dentist in Ft. Knox, Kentucky and Vietnam. Dr. Dumouchel practiced for 19 years in his home town of Rutland, Vermont prior to moving to Naples in 1989.
Dr. Dumouchel is a member of The American Dental Association, The Florida Dental Association, West Coast Dental Society, and The Collier County Dental Association.
Dr. Dumouchel is described as knowledgeable, conscientious, and caring. He has been associated with Dr. Benza for the past 9 years and continues to develop long lasting relationships with all of his patients near and far.
At home Dr. Dumouchel enjoys spending his time with his wife, Jean (who was a dental hygienist and our office manager) and two golden retrievers. He and his wife are proud parents to Chris and Jennifer and 3 grandchildren. Dr. Dumouchel enjoys playing golf, gardening and traveling.

 Nikki- CDA
Nikki has been Dr. Benza's certified dental assistant for over 17 years! She has many years of experience as a dental assistant and is very knowledgeable. Nikki is certified in Radiology, CPR, Nitrous Oxide, (otherwise known as “laughing gas” to our patients), the CEREC machine and Lumineers. Her experience and the many years she has worked with Dr. Benza says it all. She is happy to answer any of your questions and make you as comfortable as possible.  Denise- CDA
Denise has been a certified dental assistant for 24 years! Within those 24 years she has worked 3 years at the front desk as well. Denise is certified in Radiography and CPR. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Denise moved to Naples in 1986 with her husband and 3 children. She is an avid bowler and plays in the Monday Nights Women’s League. You will see Denise’s smiling face helping Dr. Benza. Denise loves to whiten our patient’s teeth. Ask Denise about Zoom2!
 Shannon, CDA
Shannon has been a certified dental assistant for 9 years! She has enjoyed working side by side with Dr. Dumouchel for 7 years. Shannon is certified in Radiology, CPR, and Nitrous Oxide. Shannon loves to spend time with her family and friends. Ask Shannon about our Oxy-fresh Products today!

 Beth- CDA, RDH
Beth has been working in the dental field for over 13 years. She graduated with honors at the top of her class in dental hygiene school and before that she was a certified dental assistant. Beth is also certified in radiology, nitrous oxide, and CPR. She is originally from southern Michigan but has lived in Naples, Florida for 19 years.  Gina- RDH
Gina has been a dental hygienist for the past 26 years! Gina has served as President of S.W. Florida Dental Hygienists Association and Vice President of West Coast District Dental Hygienists Association. Gina is originally from Eastern Long Island, NY and has worked in Naples, Florida as a registered dental hygienist for the past 26 years. Gina’s sense of humor and compassion puts every patient at ease when in her chair.

 Jean- RDH & Office Manager
Jean has been our Office Manager for 7 years. She has over 30 years experience in the dental industry combined. She was a practicing dental hygienist in New Jersey for 2 years and in Vermont for 17 years. Jean moved to Naples in 1989 and has worked as an Office Manager for 13 years. She is responsible for the administrative functions in our office including accounts receivable, monthly analysis reports, maintaining personnel records, patient relations, management of our team and day to day operations. In her off time, Jean enjoys decorating, antiques, traveling, and spending time with her family and two golden retrievers.
 Sandy - RDH & Business Manager
Sandy is the wife of Dr. Benza. She was born and raised in western Massachusetts. When she attended dental hygiene school in Binghamton, New York she met Dr. Benza. They were married in 1979. Over the past 25 years (and in between having 3 children) she has worked as a dental assistant, dental hygienist and helped at the front desk. She now oversees the many general administrative services. Her goal is to try to make your visit to our office as pleasant as possible.
